Get ready for a brilliant afternoon of entertainment as Beverley Town FC proudly presents its Sportspersons Dinner, taking place on Sunday 23rd May 2027 at Lazaat Hotel, Cottingham, proudly sponsored by Gateway Modular.
Headlining the event is former Premier League goalkeeper and one of football’s great characters, Mark Crossley – better known as ‘Big Norm’!
Best known for his time at Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday, Big Norm enjoyed a remarkable career between the sticks, playing under the legendary Brian Clough and sharing dressing rooms with some of football’s biggest personalities.
Now he’s swapping his goalkeeper gloves for the microphone, bringing his trademark humour, outrageous dressing-room stories and unforgettable tales from life in professional football. If you’ve heard Big Norm before, you’ll know you’re in for a treat. If you haven’t, you’re in for an absolute belter!
And That’s Not All…
Joining Big Norm is the brilliant comedian Gary Marshall, bringing plenty of laughs to round off what promises to be a hugely entertaining afternoon.
