Friendly result: Beverley Town 1 - 1 Horbury Town

This was another good pre-season workout for The Beavers, with the game finishing all square against tough NCEL League 1 opponents Horbury Town.

We went into half time 1-0 up thanks to a great goal from Jake Martindale. But we were pegged back by Horbury after 55 minutes, even though we had been on top again up to that point.

Next up we welcome newly promoted Norther Premier League side Garforth Town to a home match at Bishop Burton College on Tuesday night.
