A huge welcome to our first signing, attacker Danny Earl

Summer signing number 1 has arrived, with the experienced Danny Earl joining his hometown Club from 1st July.

Gaffer Dave Ricardo commented: “It’s a real coup for the Town that Danny has agreed to play for his hometown Club. I know Danny could be playing for sides in the next couple of leagues above which just shows his commitment to the cause.

He’s a fantastic attacking player, full of pace and direct running, who would be the first to admit has a devil on his shoulder, which I always find a positive attitude! Danny will suit our style of attacking play down to the ground and is going to be a real fans' favourite straightaway. We welcome Dan and his young family down at Norwood and it's great to have them part of the Beaver family.“

Reflecting on our signing, our influential midfielder Nathan Hotte, who played with Danny at Bridlington Town, said, “It's a massive signing for the club and will hopefully take us on to the next level."
