Beverley Town FC Looking for a Matchday Announcer
Beverley Town FC is looking for a Matchday Announcer to join our matchday team at Norwood and help us continue to improve the experience for players, officials, sponsors and supporters.
As the club continues to grow both on and off the pitch, we want to make every home fixture feel like a proper occasion. The tannoy plays an important part in that, from welcoming supporters to the ground through to keeping everyone informed throughout the afternoon.
Be the Voice of Beverley Town FC
We’re looking for someone who is confident speaking over the tannoy and would enjoy becoming part of the team behind our home matchdays.
The role will include:
* Pre-match announcements, including welcoming teams, officials, sponsors and supporters
* Team announcements ahead of kick-off
* Tannoy announcements during the game, including goals, substitutions and other match information
* Half-time information and club messages
* Full-time announcements, results and upcoming fixtures
* Helping us promote our sponsors, events and other club activities
* Playing a part in creating a lively and welcoming matchday atmosphere at Norwood
You don’t need to be a professional presenter or have previous announcing experience. We’re primarily looking for someone who is reliable, confident, enthusiastic and comfortable speaking to a crowd. A good knowledge of football would certainly help.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves football and wants to get involved behind the scenes at Beverley Town FC.
