NCEL Prem result: Beverley Town 1 - 0 Hallam

The Beavers quickly got back to winning ways with an excellent, hard fought victory at home to Hallam, who were riding high in the top 7 in the league.

Cam Connelly continued his prolific goalscoring form this season, slotting home the only goal of the game after 28 minutes, to secure another vital 3 points, much to the delight of the 350-strong crowd at Norwood.

The result wasn't to Hallam's liking, with their Centre Back getting sent off after the final whistle for being too assertive with the match officials.

The win continues our rise up the league, now up to 14th, with a game in hand over quite a few teams above us.
