NCEL Prem result: Bottesford Town 3 - 2 Beverley Town

The Beavers ended up on the wrong end of a hard fought 5 goal thriller away at Bottesford Town.

Everything was looking on track for another away win when Eddy Birch put us in front after 38 minutes, meaning we went into the half time break 1-0 up. And then again when Eddy scored his second of the game after 64 minutes to put us 2-1 up, after Bottesford had equalised in the 55th minute.

But Bottesford were quickly back on level terms 5 minutes later, and a goal just 4 minutes from time secured all 3 points for the home team.

The Beavers stay in 4th place in the league. Next up we have a big top of the table clash against 2nd placed Silsden at Norwood this Saturday.
